Add Free Classified Ads to 10 Sites with One Post

Here’s a nifty tool real estate agents should look into: Postlets.com. Here’s how it works:

1. You sign up for a free account
2. You create your ad with description, features, and up to 12 pictures.
3. they add your add to Google Base, Oodle, Trulia, PropSmart and edgeio.
4. they provide you with html code that you can copy and paste into any of the main classified ad sites that allow html including Backpage.com, Craigslist, LiveDeal. (I wasn’t clear if HotPads and Vast fall into this category or the previous one, but they claim you can use the Postlet ad on both of these as well.)

The site is incredibly easy to use, and they host everything for you, so all you need to do is copy and paste. You can view all your ads in the “my postlets” section, which allows you to view your postlets, get the html code, or renew the listing.

This could be a great way to speed up your marketing efforts to popular online classified ads (well, that aren’t Yahoo! or Microsoft’s Windows Live Expo). According to their blog, yesterday they reached 5000 users.
